Daniel’s recognition at Cultivate 2025 in Columbus, Ohio highlights his commitment to tackling the challenges shaping the industry today—from embracing new technologies to addressing labour shortages and advancing sustainable growing practices. While he didn’t take home first place, Daniel describes the experience as deeply meaningful, reinforcing the vital role young professionals play in shaping the future of horticulture.
